The Vision of the association are determined to be as below:

• To act an informal forum for the wives of IA&AS officers whereby they can organize sociocultural events to interact, bond with one another and promote fraternity in the service.
• To pursue other meaningful activities like charity work or social service for the underprivileged.
• To undertake activities in the health, education, environment, literary, cultural or any other sector deemed fit, from time to time.
• To organize talks and classes on topics of interest to enable development of personality, skills, knowledge and lifestyle of the members.
• To provide a platform for the wives to showcase their talents, as also the talents of their children.
